My little Tyke

This is almost as good as last weeks. He is really working on puckering those lips. It is so good for his speech development. I couldn't bare not to post both. The top is hilarious and the bottom is sweet. He caught a bubble on his wand. Love the exposure too. Love the full sun. I didn't touch it in PS.

Everyone Boy has had his turn at 2!

Eddie took him for a little ride while we were at the skatepark! I cannot believe his hair is so bright. I can never expose for it right. It always blows out. :)

Whoa!!

Theme for Wednesday...whoa! This fits perfectly. He was amazing!!! He had to get both front teeth pulled cause they were infected from being worn down to nerve. He laid on the chair, opened his mouth, transfixed his gaze on the t.v. hanging from the ceiling and let them work. Truly amazing. The purple thing is the laughing gas they gave him before his innumerable shots of novocain. Then out came his teeth. He cried only when we left the office and he didn't understand the numbness in his mouth. He is a trooper...to say the least.

Tuesday Tykes Therapy

Today's theme for Tuesday is Tykes. So since the only tyke I have is Critter and he has therapy on Tuesdays it worked out well. This shot is awesome. This is one of his exercises he does in order to strengthen his speech muscles to form all those consonants that have a pushing sound.....such as "p" and "b".

Tiny VCR t.v.

We have had this t.v. forever. I actually gave it away at one point and got rid of most of my VHS tapes but it got returned to me with a few that I had given up with it. It is perfect for Critter. We just set it back up in my room. I think I need to go out hunting at the thrift store for some old VHS tapes. I am thinking that he is a bit close. haha

Dentist Appt

He is the best patient I have ever had!!! Just look at how good he is being. He is only TWO. He needs to get a tooth pulled that has worn down to the nerve. Poor guy. I think he is going to be a trooper....as always!!

Little Man

Guess what little man is getting for Christmas? I know it is early but I start shopping in September....well this year I already started. Anyway, he rides the boys scooters ALL the time and can barely keep them up or keep their helmets on. :) We will get him a three wheeler one and a helmet just his size.

"That me?"

This is a picture of a picture. Critter ran across it and asked, "That me?" and I said, "No that is Jesse." But he argued with me for a few minutes before he agreed. Cute!

Brotherly Love

I really have succumb to taking alot of photos on my iPhone. It is just SO easy. Grant it they can be grainy but I do love this shot!!! We were out at lunch and Critter was all over him. The best. 

Better but not quite

He had a fever of 103 but it was masked with doses from two different medicines. It was the first time he played all day until he went down hill again. He recovered the following morning.

Speech Therapy coming up!!

Today was the very first day of speech therapy. Actually it was an evaluation but she said he would qualify for twice a week therapy. Yipee!!

Preschool with big brother

Love this! He is tracing his hand for him. Sweet times.

Bath time!!

He LOVES the water! He loves a bath! Here he has a mouth full of water waiting to spit it out on the shower glass door at Daniel. Love it!

Batter Up!!

He did this all on his own. No one ever showed him how to stand. He takes a step forward when the ball is coming and slams it with that super thin bat. Yep, he is a natural. :))

Learning to sleep anywhere

He fell asleep playing the iPhone. hahah! We have had long busy days and I don't think he gets the naps he needs so he is strating to fall asleep anywhere. :)) Cute.

Wouldn't want to forget your helmet

We are sticklers about helmet around here but we didn't put this one on him. He just wants to be like everyone else. :)) Too cute!

Turtle Reef

Tea for my new iPhone and not having to carry my camera everywhere. Critter loved everything we saw at Sea Wrld. We took a little evening trip down there now that we have passes!!

Poser!

Yes he is posing for the picture and it seems he knows how to pose as though he were riding. The picture before this he had both arms extended and it looked like he was pretending to surf. He is so cute. He hauled this down to the water afterwards to give it a spin but to no avail. hahaha I love this kid!!

Horsey!!

We went to a ranch on 4th of July and he absolutely could not get enough of these horsies! ;) We see them all the time in the back end of our city but he has never been up close and able to pet them. He was loving it.  They were SO gentle with him and let him love on them, pet them and even feed them. It was an amazing experience. I could own one. Loved it.

Run Critter!

He has the best run ever! He bounces and pumps one arm super hard. :)
