Everyone Boy has had his turn at 2!

Eddie took him for a little ride while we were at the skatepark! I cannot believe his hair is so bright. I can never expose for it right. It always blows out. :)

Early Father's Day

We aren't going to all be together on Father's Day so I thought we would celebrate a bit early. It's good to celebrate him and give him all the attention. He deserves it.

15 years!!

We will have been married 15 years this month. This was our engagement picture. It was suppose to be a medium print mounted on a large black board so our guests could sign the mounting but the lady made a HUGE print with little border. The actually size it like 20x30. It is SO big it is funny. We have had it for years and it has stayed in great shape until our current move and it got all scratched up. Due to it's size we have never displayed it but I am thinking of putting it up in our new room. :)) Now that it is scratched and all. haha

In daddy's hands

They are playing that little game where you put one hand on top of the other. Critter was lovin' it. It is the simple things that bring them joy. :)... and us!

He's back!!

Tired, unshaven, jet lagged, in need of coffee, and he still has it...humor...oh and his little Christmas mug! Gone for 10 days to Israel and I was laughing so hard when he was posing for me as I was trying to get a picture of him. Love him!

Eddie

He is my sweets. The love of my life. My best friend....ever. He loves me like no one ever has....like Christ loves the church. He bears with all my shortcomings. He is my example of grace. He is my medicine after a long hard day. He is kind, humble, and SO patient. He understands me....well at least he pretends to. :) He is a jokester.....funny....super funny. He is an amazing dad. He keeps our home stable...in more ways than one. He loves our God. He loves the lost. The boys enjoy him and are no match for his humor. He is an artist but you would never know.....good thing. :) Few know him well. Those who do are blessed. I couldn't have chosen a better match. 'Til death do us part..........

Everything BUT the kitchen sink

So the very day we put our house on the market one of the boys busted the kitchen sink faucet head right off the hose that pulls out. Yep! The house was immaculate and looking so pretty. Everything was in its place, nothing was untidy, not a fingerprint to be found....well maybe a few....but it was SO clean and felt so good. But NO...now I had this hose hanging in my sink so it wouldn't get sucked down under the counter and if I turn it on it was like the "curse you tiny toilet" from Despicable Me. AND so far we have had someone come over everyday to view the house. BUT my husband is awesome and came to the rescue.... and saved us a few bucks too. Sweet!

A Find

And I don't mean a good deal. I talkin' about when you find the perfect gift for someone who is really hard to shop for, unless of course it is super expensive camera/video equipment! ;) This was my Christmas find for Eddie. He loves Marvel. He ate, slept and breathed Marvel when he was younger...okay maybe it wasn't that bad but I will tell you he has a large box full of old comic books that are in plastic covers. Yep! He was a junkie. Still is....sort of. When Spiderman first came out he saw it twice on opening day. Once with his boss and once with me. :) Best present I have given him in a long time (minus the iPhone...see!...) and I like them.

Self Portrait

Freckles, wrinkles, grey hair and all!!! We don't mind. It is all good. But I will say that I am glad the camera was wide open and blurred a bit of them out. And I am extra glad that this sweet man is in the portrait with me. Don't think either one of us has made it in Project 365 yet. So here ya go!

Eddie in action!

Eddie LOVES his job. As a matter of fact I have never seen him happier at any other place of employment. He loves the people, he loves the ministry, he loves his work. He makes the t.v. show for Living Waters and is having a blast doing so. Today he was filming a segment on location at Lake Elsinore (that's why I got to come). It is about a scientist that discovers the "missing link" to evolution, a croc-a-duck! All the shows are filled with fun like this that bring the ludicrousness of evolution and other secular philosophies into perspective. :) You should watch one. They are directed incredibly! :)

Below is Ray Comfort inspecting the find. :) haha

Nappin'

Critter NEVER does this. He woke up from his nap and then feel back asleep on Eddie. I told Eddie to soak it up because he may never do it again. LOVE the sweet look on my hubby's face.

You have a great head!

My hubby wears his hair super short, almost bald but not quite. It absolutely fits him and I happen to like it that way. The funny thing is that whenever people mention his hair, or lack of it, they almost always compliment his head. "You have a great head!" "Not many people can wear their hair that short but you have the perfect head for it." Just yesterday he made a quick stop to the barber and she also commented on his seemingly "perfect" head. "You know those people who shave their head but it just doesn't look good, well, not you, you have a great head!" I guess his head could be considered one of his better features?
