This big guy was waiting patiently at our back door hoping to escape from the current heat wave and into our AC. Oh no, not in my home!. This is the fourth or fifth one we have encountered since we have lived here. The first one we caught was huge and we kept him for about a week and fed it crickets. It is very exciting for the boys to "sight" one but tends to keep us all on our toes for a few weeks.
