Smokin' Hot!

Smoked Turkey for dinner! I've got the smoke down now I just need to work on the temperature....and the fixins!

It was ok. I need to wrap it in foil right after I take it off next time so it maintain more moisture and cooks a bit longer. The fixin's made it...as they do any Thanksgiving dinner. :)
