More than a Handy Man

We just recently found out that our friend Jon Greer got his Contractor License. Just in time as we have several things that need to be repaired for the selling of our house....not that he couldn't do it before but it is nice to get the roof work done and be able to show the buyers he is legit. :) I am so stoked to have someone I know and trust to do things around the house that we just don't have the tools for...though you know if I had the tools I would...if I could. :) I so want a nail gun for Mother's Day!  He was using his after he cut this piece of wood and all I could think of was....lucky!
