Licking his lips
He constantly has his tongue sticking out. it looks like he is licking his lips but he is really feeling the stitches that are just on the under side of his mouth. He is too cute.

The irony itself is beautiful: a kid born with a "facial deformity" who is so completely pleasing to look upon, so obviously adorable, so instantly appealing. How gracious. Oh the love of God for your Christopher.
