Football Haircut

Jesse has really been looking forward to playing tackle football. Several months back we got all the paperwork and were reading through it. At the very bottom it said something about the "dreaded haircut". He withered when I read it to him, his father rejoiced. We have had an ongoing dilemma about whether to let him keep his hair long, it used to be much longer than the following picture. Well we came up with a good proposition. If he could keep a good attitude towards his brothers than he could keep his hair, if not, off it goes, which did happened once in the past year. Today was the very last day he was allowed to have his hair longer than a #2 buzz so off it came. We took his school portrait first and then it was out with the clippers. Seeing that all his teammates have to do it too he was a pretty good sport. I am sure that helps.
